Please be aware there is a $1 per mile service charge applied to areas further than 10 miles outside the city center. This can be estimated by calculating the distance from your home to downtown and subtracting 10. Please contact us for any questions on this policy.

We service all areas in and around San Antonio. This includes areas within the 1604 loop as well as areas just outside the loop in some instances. Please contact us to see if we are able to service your area specifically.
As a mobile grooming service it is important that we plan our routes and day accordingly in order to avoid delays for our customers. Prompt communication is essential in this endeavor and as such, a $35 cancellation fee is charged to customers cancelling their appointments within 24 hours of their scheduled booking.

At Fanzi Pet we are dedicated to providing competitive pricing on our mobile spa services. These prices are often comparable or in some instances cheaper than traditional brick and mortar groomers without the added hassle or anxiety of needing to load your pet up and drop them off with other pets. As such, we currently do not offer discounts on multiple pets however would absolutely love to make all your fur babies look and feel their absolute best!
The transportation surcharge you may see on your final bill is a small fee collected to offset the cost of fuel required to reach your home. Although we service as far out as beyond 1604, the fee increases the further the distance from the city center. This is calculated as 10 free miles from city center (downtown) and $1 per mile thereafter.
